Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice
Some states, including Washington (My Health My Data Act) and Nevada (SB 370), protect "consumer health data" that is not covered by HIPAA. This notice explains how Tirzepatide Medics collects, uses and shares that data. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Consumer health data we collect
We may collect information that identifies, or could reasonably be linked to, your physical or mental health, such as answers to eligibility questions, height and weight or BMI, health goals, medications, and the fact that you are seeking weight-loss care. We collect it directly from you when you use our site, questionnaires and booking tools.
Why we collect and use it
We use consumer health data only to provide the services you request, including connecting you with a licensed clinician, scheduling, pharmacy fulfillment, customer support, security and fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Who we share it with
We share consumer health data only as needed to provide the services you request: with licensed clinicians, pharmacies, and service providers (such as scheduling, hosting, payment and shipping vendors) that process it on our behalf under contract. We do not sell consumer health data and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data; access it and see the third parties it was shared with; withdraw consent; and request deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
How to exercise your rights
Email support@tirzepatidemedics.org with the subject "Consumer health data request." We'll verify your identity and respond within the time required by law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if the appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.
