What we use

Essential storage. The site stores a small number of preferences in your browser, such as remembering that you closed the consultation bar during your visit. These don't identify you and are deleted when your session ends.

Third-party services. Some features are provided by other companies and may set their own cookies when you use them. For example, the appointment booking form on our Patient Portal is provided by our scheduling partner, live chat is provided by tawk.to, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Live chat. When the chat widget loads, tawk.to may set cookies to keep your conversation connected. Please don't share detailed health information in chat; your clinician will collect it securely during your consultation.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how long visits last. Google Analytics sets cookies (for example, _ga) and receives your IP address and device information. We do not send health information or booking-form answers to Google Analytics. You can opt out with your browser’s cookie settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may affect how parts of the site work, and blocking third-party cookies may prevent the booking form from loading.
