Shipping Policy
This policy explains how medication prescribed through Tirzepatide Medics is shipped to you. Medication ships only after a licensed clinician has approved a prescription.
Last updated November 3, 2026
Who ships your medication
Prescriptions are filled and shipped by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Your medication is dispensed for you only and is labeled with your name and your clinician's directions.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in U.S. states where your clinician is licensed and the pharmacy is permitted to dispense. We cannot ship outside the United States. Some pharmacies cannot ship to P.O. boxes; please give a street address.
Delivery times
Once your prescription is approved and processed, medication typically arrives within 24–48 hours. Delivery times can vary with your location, weather, carrier delays and holidays, so please allow extra time for refills.
Packaging and cold-chain
Medications ship in discreet packaging with no description of the contents on the outside. Medications that need refrigeration are shipped in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging. Refrigerate them as soon as they arrive, following the storage directions on the label.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking information when your order ships. Please make sure someone can receive the package, or check the tracking and bring it inside promptly.
Late, lost or damaged packages
If your package is late, lost, arrives damaged or appears to have been exposed to temperatures outside the label's directions, do not use the medication. Contact us at support@tirzepatidemedics.org with your order details and photos if possible. We'll work with the pharmacy and carrier to resolve it.
Returns
For safety reasons and under pharmacy rules, dispensed prescription medications generally cannot be returned or resold. See our Refund Policy for when refunds are available.
