About our service

Tirzepatide Medics is an online platform that connects patients with independent, state-licensed clinicians who provide telehealth consultations for medical weight loss. Clinicians make their own medical decisions. A prescription is issued only if a clinician determines that a treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

We do not guarantee that you will receive a prescription, a particular medication or a particular result.

Not for emergencies

Our services are not for medical emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Eligibility

To use our services you must be at least 18 years old, located in a U.S. state where a participating clinician is licensed at the time of your consultation, and able to agree to these Terms. You agree to give complete and accurate information about your identity and health history, and to keep it up to date.

Telehealth consent

Telehealth involves sharing your health information electronically so a clinician can evaluate you remotely. It has limits: a clinician cannot physically examine you, and technical problems can interrupt a visit. A clinician may decide that telehealth isn't suitable for you and recommend in-person care. By booking a consultation you consent to receive care through telehealth.

Medications and pharmacies

Prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Brand-name medications such as Zepbound® and Mounjaro® are FDA-approved. Compounded medications, including compounded tirzepatide, are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Your clinician will explain the options available to you.

Follow your clinician's instructions and the information provided with your medication. Tell your clinician right away about side effects, new medications or changes in your health.

Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay. If you choose a subscription, it renews at the stated interval until you cancel. You can cancel future renewals by contacting us at support@tirzepatidemedics.org before your next billing date. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Our services are cash-pay. We do not bill insurance on your behalf.

Your account and acceptable use

Keep your login details private and tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, including by providing false information, obtaining medication for someone else, reselling medication, interfering with the site's operation or attempting to access data that isn't yours.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tirzepatide Medics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and clinicians remain responsible for the medical care they provide.

Privacy

How we handle personal and health information is described in our Privacy Policy and our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
